What is free?
Claiming your business, maintaining your MiddleVerse business presence and accessing your business workspace are free. Eligible verified, OPEN businesses can receive email booking requests before claiming when their merchant email passes recipient safeguards. Reports and checks follow the access available to your business.
How do I confirm the business is mine?
Find or add your business, confirm you are authorized to manage it, and prove control of a qualifying business email. A secure email link or supported sign-in establishes email control; the business ownership linkage must also qualify. Existing alternative ownership-proof routes remain available when needed.
Is a booking request a confirmed reservation?
No. Customers and AI assistants can send booking requests to your business by email. You review and confirm each request. Your business must be verified, OPEN and eligible, with a cleared merchant email. Claiming is not required to receive requests.
Why claim if I can already receive requests?
Claiming securely establishes your ownership so you can update your directory entry for free, manage your business information and requests, and open your private business workspace. Receiving an email request does not grant anyone management access.
Do I need a card or a visibility scan to claim?
No credit card or visibility scan is required to start your free claim. Reports remain available separately and in your business workspace.
Are all operating tools included free?
No. Advanced automation, full operating modules, live availability, instant reservations and payments are not all included free. Additional capabilities have their own plan, availability and setup requirements.
