About

The Radian V2 sliding-grip barbell is engineered to create continuous inward tension (adduction resistance) through the bench press with symmetric handle movement. The result? Brutal chest contraction, deeper muscle engagement, and a pump you simply don’t get from fixed bars, dumbbells, or machines. The Radian Sliding Grip Barbell V2 combines the features of a free weight barbell with a fitness machine. If your chest growth has stalled, this is the upgrade your training has been missing. The sliding grip design changes how force is applied to your upper body: Trains adduction + pressing at the same time Reduces over-reliance on front delts Builds a fuller, rounder chest appearance This isn’t just different. It’s biomechanically superior for chest-focused pressing. Allows for more Range Of Motion compared to normal barbells. Engages inner chest due to adduction resistance Symmetric and Synchronized Handle movement. There is no necessary need of additional lubrication on the shaft. Also available on AMAZON USA, please click here for the link! Suitable for Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Rows, Upright Rows, Rear Delt Flies, Bicep curls, Pushups, and Chest supported rows. The white handle rings are now changed to stainless steel. Please NOTE - This bar makes lifts much more difficult due to its adduction resistance and design. Do not load up the bar with heavy weights just in your first set. Even 135lbs feels heavy on this bar. The resistance significantly increases with the addition in weight.
