Avinta Communication
Avinta proposes a scheme called EzIP (phonetic for Easy IPv4) to revamp the Internet. It utilizes the long-reserved 240/4 netblock for assigning static addresses to all subscribers within each Regional Area Network (RAN), so that the internet may be used as a peer-to-peer facility, enabling decentralized services among subscribers directly, much like traditional services, such as the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). In addition, static address supports deterministic operations maximizing transmission performance and discouraging perpetrators from breaching the security of the network. So that a robust communications infrastructure is established.
