John and Jacque Farrell opened the first Farrelli’s in Lacey in 1995. The idea was simple: hire good people and cook real food over real fire. Thirty-one years later, that has not changed. Most of our managers started as dishwashers and hosts. We grew one neighborhood at a time, and every location is run by people from that town. Great People Make Great Pizza.
